You have a withdrawal period of 14 days, counting form the day of receipt, to return the products you ordered for a refund; if you have changed your mind, if the items received do not match the description given or if they are defective. You will be refunded within 7 days, counting from when it is received.

Items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned or exchanged. You may Cancel an order and obtain an exchange or refund any time within 14 daysafter receipt of Products.
